Colombian coffee is one of the most dynamic and recognizable coffee in the world. This bean was grown in the region of Cauca, bordering the Pacific Ocean on the western side of Colombia. It is a dense bean, producing rich light roast flavor as well as holding up well to a darker roast that produces a roasty and complex cup.
