This bean was grown in El Tambo, Cauca, bordering the Pacific Ocean on the western side of Colombia. It is a dense bean, holding up well to a darker roast that produces a complex cup. Cutting through the roasted flavor are notes of nuttiness, spice and just a hint of grapefruit.
