Dark roast brings out a roasted vanilla bean, almond, and spice note from the coffee.

Colombian coffee is one of the most dynamic and recognizable coffee in the world. This offering features a blend of coffees from between 10 and 30 smallholder farms grown in the regions of Huila and Cauca, bordering the Pacific Ocean on the western side of Colombia. It is a dense bean, producing rich light roast flavor as well as holding up well to a darker roast that produces a roasty and complex cup.
