SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY
Bedrock Coffee Roasters offers First Class and Priority shipping through the United States Postal Service (USPS) to anywhere in the USA. The shipping method used will be determined based on shipping weight. Tracking information, if available, will be emailed when shipment is delivered to carrier.
Shipping & Handling rates are calculated in real time from the United States Postal Service. Total shipping price depends on total shipping weight.
Coffee orders are processed and roasted every Tuesday. Wednesday all orders will be shipped. Once shipped, the time to arrive will typically take 1 - 3 business days.
There is no international shipping outside of the USA at this time.

BREWING EQUIPMENT, GRINDERS, and DRINKWARE
Unopened and unused brewing equipment, grinders, and drinkware are eligible for return within 30 days of the purchase date. Proof of purchase may be requested. The cost of shipping, if applicable, will be paid for by the customer.
Unworn and unwashed wearable merchandise such as t-shirts, hats, and sweatshirts are eligible for return within 30 days of the purchase date. Proof of purchase may be requested. The cost of shipping, if applicable, will be paid for by the customer.
